Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multi-robotic welding systems using robotic kinematics and dynamics
• Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies using robotic vision systems and sensors
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment and cells
• Integrate autonomous welding cells into customer manufacturing processes
• Service pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Travel extensively (75%+) to customer sites

Requirements

• Technical training, Trade School certification, or Associate degree in Engineering Tech
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with fabrication or machine shop processes
• Ability to learn and use programming languages
• Detail-oriented approach to handling small and fragile components

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
