About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain multi-robotic welding systems using robotic kinematics and dynamics
- Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies using robotic vision systems and sensors
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment and cells
- Integrate autonomous welding cells into customer manufacturing processes
- Service pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Travel extensively (75%+) to customer sites
Requirements
- Technical training, Trade School certification, or Associate degree in Engineering Tech
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with fabrication or machine shop processes
- Ability to learn and use programming languages
- Detail-oriented approach to handling small and fragile components
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
