Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air separation plants at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues independently
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on compressors, gas analyzers, electrical control systems, and pneumatic control valves
• Monitor plant performance and implement actions to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Manage daily work schedules, maintenance activities, and operational priorities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for repairs and audits
• Maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation
• Communicate plant status and issues effectively to customers and leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Ability to drive a service vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and walking on uneven industrial terrain

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field
• 2–5 years of operations or technical experience
