Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites
• Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Interact with customers to provide technical guidance and support
• Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities and audits
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred
• 2-5 years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments
• Expertise in instrumentation, control, and industrial equipment maintenance
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and process control systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and provide call-in coverage
