Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites
• Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities to uphold high company standards
• Interact with customers to provide technical guidance, support, and clear communication
• Manage time effectively to complete troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities and audits

Requirements

• High School Degree required; Associate Degree in a technical field preferred
• 2-5 years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors and instrumentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and process control systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and provide call-in coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Military engineering experience
• Familiarity with procurement processes and quality control analyzers
