About the role
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs on LG products, including major appliances, TVs, and A/C units
- Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances
- Assess problem extent, document findings, and make decisions regarding product repair or part replacement
- Use all provided safety equipment (PPE), vehicles, and diagnostic tools properly
- Process paperwork and perform accurate data entry immediately upon completion of each job
- Pre-screen service calls to obtain necessary information for diagnosis prior to arrival
- Meet or exceed company metrics including customer satisfaction, first-time fix rates, and parts management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred)
- Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, or cleaning products)
- Proficiency with tools and diagnostic test equipment
- Valid Driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with field service, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
