About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage service requests and perform product installations onsite at client premises
- Conduct service maintenance and ensure optimal performance of Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT) machines
- Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems to identify and resolve root causes
- Collaborate with other Field Service Technicians and external contractors to deliver high-quality service
- Adhere to all Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards, protocols, and guidelines
Requirements
- At least 3 years of field service experience, including handling technical queries from the field
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Valid Driver's Licence (essential for onsite client work)
- Ability to travel locally (metropolitan QLD), regionally, and occasionally interstate
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Compliance with WHS standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the gaming industry
