Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair work on combined heat and power (CHP) modules and accessories
• Analyze problems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and evaluate/document errors in CHP systems
• Collaborate with specialized departments to develop and implement technical solutions
• Execute commissioning of CHP modules and all related components according to protocols
• Provide instruction and training to onsite plant managers and operating personnel

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in Mechatronics, Automotive Mechatronics, Mechanic, Land Machine Mechanic, or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Professional experience in customer service
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel within the Stuttgart/Heilbronn region
