Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service IGT equipment at casino locations in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area
• Respond to customer locations to deliver supplies and install, remove, or repair equipment and communication devices
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and software updates for Games, FinTech, and Loyalty products
• Execute installations, conversions, and signage/merchandising installs with minimal supervision
• Serve as a primary technical contact for customers regarding service-related issues
• Conduct self-inventory audits and assist in defining daily objectives for site-specific installations
• Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and weekend support as required

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in technical repairs
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service related position
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perceive colors correctly and work with moving parts and electrical current
