Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on medical products
• Ensure product readiness for patient utilization through cleaning, disinfecting, and operational function checks
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays, to support customer accounts and service centers
• Safely operate company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound box trucks
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds
• Generate service revenue and complete all activities required under service contracts

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and loading heavy equipment
