Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on medical products
• Ensure product readiness through cleaning, disinfecting, and operational function checks
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays, for customer account visits and service support
• Safely operate company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound box trucks
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1680 pounds
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment in environments where biohazards may be present

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade School training
• Experience working with FDA-regulated products
• Previous experience in customer service
• Possession of a DOT physical card (assistance provided)
