Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair on medical products
• Ensure product readiness through cleaning, disinfecting, and operational function checks
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays, for customer account visits
• Safely operate fleet vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1680 pounds
• Generate service revenue and complete activities required under service contracts

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call coverage
• Ability to lift and move heavy medical equipment up to 1680 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade School training
• Experience with FDA regulated products
• Previous experience in customer service
• Possession of a DOT physical card (assistance provided)
