About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, install, and debug chemical, slurry, and gas distribution equipment within semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Perform commissioning, testing, retrofitting, and troubleshooting of system pathways for chemical delivery equipment.
  • Install and debug software and controls collaboratively to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collect and analyze equipment data to diagnose maintenance needs and implement technical solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external customers to identify issues, resolve complex problems, and provide technical support.
  • Operate and install auxiliary equipment including particle counters, flow meters, gas analyzers, and regulators.
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of related technical work experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Proficiency in controls technology, including debugging software and control problems.
  • Strong math and computer skills for data analysis.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools and knowledge of safe work procedures.
  • Ability to work in a clean-room environment and wear a respirator.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Previous experience in the industrial gas industry.
