About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, and debug chemical, slurry, and gas distribution equipment within semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Perform commissioning, testing, retrofitting, and troubleshooting of system pathways for chemical delivery equipment.
- Install and debug software and controls collaboratively to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collect and analyze equipment data to diagnose maintenance needs and implement technical solutions.
- Partner with internal and external customers to identify issues, resolve complex problems, and provide technical support.
- Operate and install auxiliary equipment including particle counters, flow meters, gas analyzers, and regulators.
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of related technical work experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in controls technology, including debugging software and control problems.
- Strong math and computer skills for data analysis.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and knowledge of safe work procedures.
- Ability to work in a clean-room environment and wear a respirator.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a technical discipline.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Previous experience in the industrial gas industry.
