Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair gaming machines, kiosks, ATMs, and related systems
• Provide technical support for operational and maintenance issues across gaming and fintech equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for technical service issues and customer support
• Assist with installations, site surveys, and system upgrades
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service documentation
• Travel between casino properties to support service needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of technician or field service experience preferred
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain a gaming license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work with tools
• Comfortable with frequent travel between casino properties
