Field Service Technician I

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service IGT gaming equipment at Twin River Casino (Bally's) in Lincoln, RI
• Respond to routine calls regarding bill and paper jams, guest disputes, and player tracking equipment issues
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on multiple vendor gaming machines
• Support technical teams with installation, removal, conversion, and preventive maintenance of games
• Document all repairs and preventive maintenance activities
• Resolve technical problems, perform program upgrades, and conduct input/output tests
• Test various devices, including pay tables, reel strips, and bonus awards
• Maintain a positive image of IGT with co-workers and customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to walk a full 8.5-hour shift
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts and overtime
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous technical or customer service experience
