About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues
  • Respond to IT service tickets using documented procedures and maintain accurate documentation in ITSM tools like ServiceNow
  • Assist with workstation setups, device imaging, deployments, and equipment recovery
  • Perform regular checks and basic troubleshooting of AV/VC equipment (displays, microphones, cameras) to ensure conference room readiness
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory of IT equipment, including accurate labeling, tagging, and asset tracking
  • Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service experience with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Experience or familiarity with mobile device support (iOS, Android)
  • Familiarity with AV/VC systems such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Webex
  • Proficiency with ITSM/ticketing platforms
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enrollment in IT-related coursework or vocational training
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with device imaging tools like SCCM, JAMF, or MDT
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
