Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for high-tech medical devices and machines at customer establishments.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on a wide array of technical medical equipment following manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, regulatory body policies, and internal operating procedures.
• Instruct customer personnel on the proper operation and use of equipment.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and manage shifting priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in medical devices or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Ability to successfully pass high-level government security clearance checks (including criminal background and personal conduct checks).
• Ability to participate in site immunization programs and health screenings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in military avionics or electro-mechanical fields.
