Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for high-tech medical devices and machines at customer establishments.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on a wide array of technical medical equipment following manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, regulatory body policies, and internal operating procedures.
• Instruct customer personnel on the proper operation and use of equipment.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and manage shifting priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in medical devices or high-tech machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency repair requests and manage time flexibly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military avionics experience.
• Electro-mechanical technical background.
