Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and installation of medical equipment, specifically advanced dish disinfectors and autoclaves
• Execute quality and safety updates on customer equipment
• Plan and coordinate service tasks in collaboration with the Service Coordinator
• Support the sales organization through close cooperation and customer interaction
• Represent Getinge as the face of the company, ensuring high-quality service and maximizing customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Vocational or higher education in electricity, electronics, automation, or a related field
• Several years of experience in field service, repair, and maintenance
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Valid B-driver's license
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• A social, collaborative, and structured personality with high attention to detail
