Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair services for infection control equipment, including sterilizers and washers, at customer establishments.
• Assist with installation projects within the region in collaboration with the Lead Technician.
• Maintain service contracts by identifying potential customers and providing quotations to ensure timely renewals.
• Comply with all health and safety codes, company policies, and regulatory agency requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships with customers and Getinge personnel.
• Document all service activities and maintain required inventory and expenses within established guidelines.
• Provide on-call availability to customers as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant field service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
