Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
• Perform new machine installation, commissioning, and customer training
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service levels and prompt execution
• Act in a professional and business-like manner to enhance the company's market reputation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with mechanical equipment
• Ability to travel extensively, up to 75%
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical techniques
• Computer literacy and basic technical writing skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work up to 12 hours at times and occasional weekends
