Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
- Perform new machine installation, commissioning, and customer training
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service levels and prompt execution
- Act in a professional and business-like manner to enhance the company's market presence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with mechanical equipment
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 75%
- Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical techniques
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to work up to 12 hours at times and occasional weekends
- Computer literacy and basic technical writing skills
