Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of food processing and packaging equipment
• Write detailed intervention reports, audits, and commissioning documentation including settings and operating parameters
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety regulations specific to the food industry environment
• Proactively identify opportunities for spare parts sales, technical improvements, or machine upgrades
• Support field sales teams with technical expertise to assist in the sale of new equipment
• Collaborate with manufacturing units in Italy to support service product sales activities

Requirements

• Technical degree (BTS or equivalent) in Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in food industry manufacturing is preferred
• Proficiency in operational English for internal communication with European manufacturing sites
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated reactivity and rigor in executing technical missions
