Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems
• Conduct structured on-site training sessions for new and existing customers on machinery and software
• Perform live product demonstrations to ensure customer confidence in the technology
• Act as a rapid response resource for urgent repairs to minimize customer downtime
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all warrantied customers are serviced
• Diagnose electromechanical issues to achieve single-visit resolutions
• Independently manage complex travel schedules and maintain meticulous records in Salesforce

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field
• Hands-on repair experience
• Ability to travel 80% or more of the time
• Valid passport
• Proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Dental or Medical applications
• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Experience with 3D printing technologies and materials
