Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and offsite maintenance of camera hardware, including diagnosis, installation, and configuration
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks
• Respond promptly to service calls to meet customer SLAs
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used
• Install Focal Systems products onto shelves, ceilings, and other equipment using power tools
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all maintenance and installation tasks
• Meet or exceed speed and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Proven experience in a field technician, installation, or construction role
• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks for up to 9 hours
• Valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
