Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cooking and refrigeration equipment
• Provide preventative maintenance inspections
• Respond to emergency service calls for ovens, fryers, steamers, and walk-in freezers
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers, dispatchers, and sales teams
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts
• Identify new customer opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment service
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
• Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong customer communication and organizational skills
