Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections on ovens, fryers, steamers, and walk-in coolers
• Respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on-call rotation
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and management
• Maintain service vehicle, order necessary parts, and complete required paperwork
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts

Requirements

• Previous experience in cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC service (military experience considered)
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets safety standards
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong customer communication skills and organizational abilities
