Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and mobile lube services for customers
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Complete daily work assignments with a sense of urgency and high quality
• Maintain and update personal tool inventory quarterly to ensure compliance with calibration protocols
• Adhere to all company safety and environmental requirements, including proper use of PPE
• Process warranty claim reports in the field according to company policy
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal staff

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and previous work experience in a similar field
• Ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt electrical schematics
• Possession of own hand tools and willingness to expand inventory as required
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to travel and work in various outdoor weather conditions and environments
• Ability to maintain required MSHA training certificates or complete training programs as directed
