Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Maintain accurate personal tool inventory and comply with calibration protocols
• Complete daily work assignments and provide service reports to customers
• Evaluate and validate warranty claims and submit service reports
• Rebuild complete components to OEM specifications (Level 3)
• Serve as a subject matter expert and support training for other technicians (Level 3)

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read hydraulic and 24-volt schematics
• Possession of personal hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to travel as required
• Technical or Trade School certificate or equivalent relevant experience (Level 2/3)
• Expertise in Rig Control Systems (RCS) for Level 3 roles
• Ability to meet MSHA training requirements
