About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection
  • Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving pain points
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process monitoring equipment
  • Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote best practices
  • Ensure full compliance with all safety policies and procedures
  • Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic accounts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment
  • Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in environments that may be hot, cold, noisy, or dirty
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, climbing, and standing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or trade school certification
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in the specialty chemical industry
  • Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
