About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by phone, email, and onsite
  • Manage daily technology operations including networks, email, and software systems
  • Support macOS, macOS Server, Windows Desktop/Server, iOS devices, Google Console, and VMware
  • Work with Workgroup Manager, Open Directory, Active Directory, and Google Console
  • Install and configure desktop computers, servers, printers, and related hardware
  • Install and troubleshoot interactive teaching solutions including boards and projectors
  • Repair and replace non-functioning computer equipment
  • Create, maintain, and update computer images
  • Maintain and upgrade networking equipment
  • Install and support software and system updates
  • Maintain software license compliance and inventory records
  • Support telephone system issues and coordinate repair requests
  • Ensure physical security of all computer assets

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in hardware and software installation and maintenance preferred
  • Ability to deploy software via Network/Server/MDM tools
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting using written, diagram, or verbal guidance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, reaching, and close-vision focus
