Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-installation, installation, and maintenance activities for customers.
• Provide technical training to both internal staff and external customers.
• Accurately complete service reports, including time confirmation, spare parts usage, and fault codes.
• Actively promote and sell service products to improve application uptime and maximize sales results.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned area (Piacenza, Pavia, and Cremona) and occasionally nationwide for training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a field service technician.
• Fluent Italian and intermediate English skills.
• Certifications in mechanical, electrical/electronic, networking, machine vision, or software systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to follow procedures, plan time effectively, and proactively solve technical problems.
