Field Service Technician - Dental High-Tech Equipment

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission high-tech dental equipment including radiology, imaging, CAD/CAM, 3D printers, and milling machines.
• Perform diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electronic, mechanical, and IT components.
• Train end-users on the use of equipment and associated software.
• Provide detailed technical reports of interventions, including spare parts management and billing.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage daily travel within a specific geographic sector to support client needs.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac to Bac+3) in electrotechnics, electromechanics, or industrial IT.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical maintenance (industrial machinery, biomedical, or similar).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electronic and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, switches, routers).
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical English proficiency.
• Experience with dental or medical imaging technology.
