Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced field diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors
• Lead multi-technician jobs and coordinate effective collaboration
• Conduct water tests according to company protocols and document results
• Provide technical support via phone and email to internal and external stakeholders
• De-escalate warranty or service concerns professionally
• Perform specialized repairs including water intrusion fixes and installation diagnostics
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams through clear communication
• Travel within assigned territory daily

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with ability to clear an MVR check
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AAMA Installation Training certification
• 3–5 years of general construction or building material installation experience
• 3–5 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience
