Field Service Technician (Casino/Gaming)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues on gaming equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Install, repair, and upgrade slot machines, electronic table games, and bingo systems
• Conduct site assessments and ensure proper setup and configuration of equipment
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with casino partners
• Accurately track and document all service activity using internal systems

Requirements

• Background or education in electronics (e.g., computers, radios, TVs, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment using tools such as dollies
• Authorized to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in casino gaming or a related industry
• Experience with ServiceMax or basic knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience working in a regulated environment
