Field Service Technician (Casino/Gaming)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys
• Serve as the primary customer contact during service visits
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting
• Travel throughout Arizona (and occasionally Southern California)
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50–75%)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in ATM, slot machine, cable, or telecommunications field service
• Technical or vocational training
