Field Service Technician - Casino Gaming

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair kiosks, ATMs, slot machines, and related gaming/fintech equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Provide technical support to customers regarding operational and maintenance-related issues
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, networking, and system failures
• Conduct site surveys and assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment deployments
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for parts, repairs, and service activity
• Travel throughout the assigned service territory in Northern California
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule approximately once every four weeks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work with technical tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing environment
• Prior experience with casino, gaming, ATM, kiosk, or fintech equipment
• Experience with networking, hardware troubleshooting, and IT systems
• Technical or vocational training
