Field Service Technician (Casino/Gaming)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues using root cause analysis
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment installations and site surveys
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
• Travel within the assigned service area to support various locations as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
