Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage ordinary and corrective maintenance of cogeneration plants within the assigned area (Brescia and Mantova)
• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to support colleagues and resolve technical issues
• Travel to various client sites using a company van
• Work autonomously following an initial period of hands-on training and shadowing

Requirements

• Technical diploma in a relevant field
• Proven experience in maintenance roles
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings
• Proficiency in engine, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to use fault diagnosis tools
• Availability for on-call shifts and willingness to travel
• Strong problem-solving skills and a reliable, curious professional attitude
