Field Service Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide focused leadership to a team of service engineers to maintain operational capability and meet service market demands.
• Secure a strong QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) culture within the team.
• Coordinate service requests based on customer needs, priority, and resource availability.
• Monitor the utilization and efficiency of service engineers to ensure effective use of resources.
• Manage and develop team capabilities, identifying training needs and tracking competence improvement.
• Support proactive service sales through lead generation in collaboration with the Service Sales team.
• Execute technical support including commissioning, installation, testing, repairing, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Monitor customer Performance Agreements to ensure a professional and superior customer experience.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree with 6-8 years of experience, or a Diploma with minimum 8-10 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in an industrial setting.
• Technical expertise in rotating equipment, heat transfer, and fluid equipment.
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance practices and the use of mechanical measuring instruments.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic, customer-oriented mindset.
