Field Service Support

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute delivery and pickup schedules for HVAC rental equipment
• Safely operate company vehicles up to 26,000 lbs to transport equipment to job sites
• Install and set up portable cooling equipment at commercial locations
• Inspect, clean, and perform basic repairs on rental equipment to ensure readiness
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory and track units using inventory software
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in the branch and on job sites
• Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager regarding job and customer needs
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and vendors
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency service support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
• Must be able to pass a medical DOT exam
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld/mobile devices
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
