Field Service Support

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute delivery and pickup schedules for HVAC rental equipment
• Safely operate company vehicles up to 26,000 lbs to transport equipment
• Install and set up portable cooling equipment at commercial job sites
• Inspect, clean, and perform basic repairs on rental equipment
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory using inventory management software
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Communicate job requirements and customer needs with the Branch Manager
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency service support

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
• Must pass a medical DOT exam
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld/mobile devices
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
