Field Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide staff to understand customer needs and market dynamics
• Address customer complaints and respond swiftly to trouble calls
• Delegate tasks, organize workflows, and audit staff performance
• Motivate and train staff to enhance service quality
• Forecast workforce needs and optimize resource utilization to maintain budget goals
• Ensure adherence to mechanical systems, codes, and industry standards
• Support sales objectives by generating leads and promoting new business
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate with field operations
• Identify and resolve operational problems to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of fire protection industry experience in positions of increased responsibility
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Competent understanding of mechanical systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in analyzing data and problem-solving
• Familiarity with inventory and scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team of field technicians
• Additional relevant certifications or degrees
