About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Area Executives, employees, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Plan daily schedules, repair schedules, and manpower allotment for call-backs
- Conduct annual equipment surveys and inspections to ensure quality and progress
- Lead toolbox talks and ensure continuous employee awareness regarding safe work practices
- Perform Fatality Preventive Audits and conduct EH&S inspections/audits
- Manage client relationships, including contract renewals, price negotiations, and rapport development
- Monitor and reduce call-backs and follow up on invoices and payments
- Ensure strict adherence to EH&S policies to achieve zero accidents and incidents
Requirements
- Diploma in electrical or electronics engineering
- 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in elevator or escalator service
- Strong technical coordination and manpower management skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
- Expertise in safety audits, inspections, and risk assessment (JHA) processes
