Field Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Area Executives, employees, and customers to ensure smooth service operations
• Plan daily schedules, repair schedules, and manpower allotment for call-backs
• Conduct annual equipment surveys and technical inspections for new construction or modernization jobs
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure continuous employee awareness regarding safe work practices
• Monitor and reduce call-backs by performing random quality checks and inspections
• Manage client relationships, including contract renewals, price negotiations, and rapport development
• Drive business growth through T-Business opportunities, acquisitions, and payment follow-ups
• Adhere strictly to EH&S policies, conducting audits and participating in incident investigations to ensure zero accidents

Requirements

• Diploma in electrical or electronics engineering
• 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in elevator or escalator service
• Strong technical coordination and manpower management skills
• Proven experience in client relationship management and commercial negotiations
• Deep understanding of and adherence to EH&S (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies
