Field Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards and compliance with client policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, meeting regularly to address issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of security staff.
• Conduct site visits to inspect supervisors and security officers for proficiency and compliance.
• Assist with administrative tasks including staffing schedules, budgeting, and payroll.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and industry regulations.
• Recommend service improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel to various client sites.
• Ability to work independently and availability for duties outside standard hours as needed.
• Proficiency with security technology such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
