Field Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the Hatchery Inovo Process by performing scheduled preventive maintenance on all assigned biodevices
• Provide electrical and mechanical support and perform emergency repairs at customer locations as needed
• Interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Participate in territory after-hours support, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Manage the Zoetis Operator Training Program for customer employees
• Facilitate vaccine and sanitation preparation programs for all Zoetis devices
• Complete all relevant reporting, including scheduling visits, parts usage, and equipment maintenance
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and assigned hatcheries

Requirements

• Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or a Bachelor's degree in poultry science or a related field
• 1–5 years of related experience (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret electrical schematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift more than 25 pounds
• Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time, with approximately 30% involving overnight stays
• Ability to work in hatchery environments with exposure to heat, humidity, and potentially hazardous conditions

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
