Field Service Site Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations to support commissioning, startup, and field service activities
• Align field labor, materials, tools, and resources with project timelines and customer schedules
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and punch list items to ensure timely completion
• Identify and escalate potential project delays, staffing gaps, or material shortages
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, reports, and project records
• Support the coordination and movement of supplies, tools, and equipment between sites
• Participate in site coordination meetings and document action items
• Maintain communication with Field Service leadership regarding technician utilization and site conditions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in on-site operations (construction, field service, or commissioning)
• Experience coordinating labor, materials, and schedules in a field environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in client-facing roles within active jobsite environments
