Field Service Safety Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections at assigned Field Service locations, offices, and job sites
• Identify unsafe conditions, potential hazards, and areas requiring corrective action
• Review safety documentation including job hazard analyses, permits, and work plans
• Perform routine risk assessments and recommend corrective actions
• Support employee safety training efforts and coordinate documentation
• Inspect safety equipment, PPE, and emergency response resources
• Provide administrative support for Field Service fleet vehicles, including maintenance and compliance tracking
• Conduct routine inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure professional and safe condition

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50lbs
• Ability to travel up to 50% to regional field offices and vendor sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification
• Two to four years of experience in safety, field operations, or industrial environments
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience with fleet management systems or vehicle compliance tracking
