Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize water treatment systems
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting
• Conduct maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing
• Maintain site paperwork, technical summaries, and spare parts inventory
• Review plant installations against reference drawings and schematics
• Provide informal customer training on system operation and maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with project teams
• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Must live within 1 hour of the work location

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in science or engineering
• Technical certificate in instrumentation
• Experience with water treatment equipment and controls
