Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at the customer site.
• Act as a technical consultant providing expert recommendations and training to customer management and technical teams.
• Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions.
• Maintain detailed service reports, manage inventory, and ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols.
• Coordinate with account managers and sales teams to ensure optimal service delivery within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a technical degree in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation and electronics, plant operations, or equivalent technical training.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license (learner's permits or G1/G2 classes are not accepted).
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform precision technical work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted nuclear access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a nuclear power environment.
• Familiarity with industrial water treatment processes and equipment.
